The item arrived today. We have issued the maximum refund allowed by eBay. This piece had 3 pages: the front cover, printed music inside the front cover and printed music inside the back cover. The lyric 'surprise' was hyphenated across pages 2 and 3, indicating that no pages were missing. You did not use eBay's return process so you paid for your own return label. We were unable to refund for that.
