It was about an inch to two inches long on the seam. If you'd sewn it, it would have saved all the hassle & it would have been easy to sew, a five minute job! If i'd known the hole was there I'd have got my machine out & fixed it, invisibly! Initially she said she loved it! I never sell things that I know are faulty, it costs money, & what's the big deal to sew up a tiny hole? Wonder if someone did it for her? I also wonder if you made it bigger, I'd have thought I'd have noticed a hole that big

The item purchased was badly finished and i have to employ a third party to rectify the issues with same. Very disappointing as it is a gift for a birthday.

Ridiculous feed back, the photos and description are exactly what she got. She doesn't know what she's talking about if needs to get a 'third party to rectify'. There was nothing to rectify, she wanted it stuffed firmer, that's easy, and it would have cost more to send. I think she wanted some money off, payed EU tax,etc., it was very cheap for the size, the time put in, materials used and the detail. People have bought these before and given glowing feedback.
