I immediately apologized and refunded her in full telling her to keep the fabric. Very concerned, I decided to confirm that this is indeed 100% cotton by burning the end of this and burning a polyester fabric. I confirmed with my supplier and with my own burn that it is cotton and did not melt. That being said, I use this fabric on my crafts with no problem, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.
