What kind of business what except returns. And to back up my opinion I messaged the seller before I ordered and asked and explained my issue! I ordered wheels and tires for my UTV and was not sure if I needed the lift or not turns out I don’t! That’s all good! Hope it’s the last one he sells

I feel that negative feedback is wrong for this order. I do my best to provide great service and great kits as you can see from my excellent feedback rating and my customer comments. I answered his question within 5 minutes and I shipped the kit out the same day. My listing clearly states that we do not accept any returns. I did everything that I am suppose to do to be a great seller. I will continue to do my very best for my customers. I am not sure what I could have done any better.....

Shouldn’t have left a negative report on this buyer! I just didn’t see that he did not accept returns! The seller had it shipped promptly and the email with the video was very helpful. He also had his personal phone number on package if I needed any assistance on install. I just hate that I bought it and don’t need it! If I knew how to remove the negative feedback I would, thanks

The MMA lift kit is built very well and installed easy. Just went on first big ride in a foot of snow and made a huge difference. Allowed me to put my shock preload on softest setting and rides alot better now. Win win.
