Described the color as Oyster, but it was not Oyster, it was different grey color that did not match current interior. 2000 Mercedes SLK 230 has a Oyster/Charcoal interior, this is what is a called by Mercedes. Seller agreed to refund, but did not do a full refund minus shipping costs. I also incurred a cost of $20 to ship the product back to them. I lost $85 to learn that this seller has difficulty to properly describe the color of their offering.

Buyer did not like the color comparing 20year old paint with fresh paint. If you don't like the item you are responsible to return it at you cost and pay for restocking since we normally don't accept returns. We sold over 10.000 items in the last years and once in a while there are people who don't understand anything about matching 20 year old interior paint.

I received the part and it was exactly as described I saw no flaws in it. The communication with r170 parts was spot on. I am really happy with the part it will make a 23 year old car look great again. Had already replaced most of the dash except this part that was damaged by the previous owner.
