I contacted the seller before they shipped it and they said it was too late to cancel the order. Then when I went to ship it back they wanted me to pay shipping fees. The buyer purchased the item, and we promptly shipped the correct item. We pride ourselves on fast shipping. Later, the buyer decided he wanted the 5-inch version, as the 3-inch was too small for him. We requested the return of the original item so we could send the larger one to satisfy the buyer. However, the buyer refused to return our product, made demands not covered by eBay policies, and sent inappropriate messages. This buyer is one of the worst.
