I purchased gold lanterns which were not painted very well (still see white in patches) and so I messaged with photos to show them and asked which paint they used so I could fix them. No apology or anything, they simply sent me the link. That's it. I shouldn't have to fix them up in the first place, the least you could have done is apologise, it's really not that difficult. Had you done that I wouldn't have left this review!
