She posts an item & never sends it, promising to do so. I waited nearly 2 weeks, then was told she would issue a refund, AND send the product for free. NEVER DID!! So many excuses & reasons & stories. Just total B/S. The only positive thing was that she finally issued the refund. Read her feedback. She insulted me and aimed to harm my business for a reason that she only know. Although I fully refunded her more than a week before the feedback, and also send her a replacement,she insisted to write the feedback, Please advise, is this a normal intention.
