My bike had a different connector form the one RM stator supplied. I checked with them and they felt they had supplied the right one for my model of bike. They happily offered to take a return. They arranged for paid return postage and have issued a prompt reimbursement.

Dispatched same day and arrived quickly. Additional import tax to UK was a shock, but that’s not seller’s fault.
