We had no issue during our testing and we have messaged the buyer as well requesting an update on the issue . Buyer has not opened any return request or provided us information with the issue being faced .

Device had broken screen and LCD so was unable to verify S/N and Google account status until disassembled and repaired. S/N was incorrect and Google account locked by previous owner, contradicting seller's description of this tablet.

Item was sold for parts or not working . This is a bad lcd , bad charge port item . So we can only verify using the Serial number report for Google services , our report was clean at the time it was checked . For items which cannot be powered up like these due to bad lcd and bad port , only way to check is using the serial number as we do not attempt to fix or repair any of these units and they are sold as they are received to us.
