The software could not be installed. I asked for a refund, but the seller got abusive.

Absolute rubbish!!, the buyer was unable to install the software through incompetence, I offered assitance, the buyer stated "he wanted out" and "could not be *rsed" to try and install the software and demanded a refund. I reminded the buyer there are no refunds on software I also asked him not to use foul language. He then tried the sob story move which didn't work either. I had to block the buyer and report to ebay. Once again a petulant buyer who failed in his attempt to scam me. Total Liar!
