Seller was on holiday but did not dispatch item for ages after having returned. I contacted with a polite message. More delays, no contact and finally the item arrived broken. I left a negative ' Very slow and no communication '. Perfect replacement part (HP GT Lighting control Board M82868-001) for an HP Omen 40L PC. I attempted to add an extra front fan and plugged into this by mistake (non-RGB LED fan).
