Item arrived more than a month and a half after purchase because it was mailed more than a month after purchase.
Shipping cost was exorbitant
Communication was non existent until I filed a complaint with eBay.

So bored of stories, here is the truth - purchased 28/03/24, awaiting re stock at this point, arrived to us 16/04/24, dispatched same day, arrived to buyer 13/05/24 in USA, cost £24.99 via a Tracked DHL service. Delay in shipping from DHL in UK, we had a few like this, nothing to do with us. Comms wise, we dispatched item, mailed tracking and answered his questions? Whatelse is there? Opened a case for non delivery & refund, he already had tracking & knew it was in USA for delivery! Ridiculous!
