I orderd a pair of lamps. They arrrived quite well packaged but the packaging was very dirty. I opened the first lamp and the plug was missing. The listing had said they were 'all working fine.' When I contacted the seller they said they had sent the lamps with plugs. I haven't even bothered to open the rest of the package to check the rest but I can't say that this item was sold with an item that is 'all working fine' when I am unable to even plug it in.

this buyer waited 3 weeks to say there was a problem, i sent both these lamps with working plugs on them, why would i sent them not in working order makes no sense at all, left me a negative feedback without giving me a chance to resolve issue, they both had plugs on and were shown working in the listing, totally unfair, think she changed her mind, and didnt want them the picture she sent me shows the cord and looks like plugs been cut off , very upsetting
