Ordered and paid for the item on Thursday 18th April, had to chase dispatch date, no comms from seller, finally arrived on Friday 26th April with missing parts.

No sorry, not seeing the issue here? Ordered on 18/04, dispatched within dispatch window and on time on 24/04, delivered today 26/04 which is correct, not late? Tracking was auto uploaded into eBay on 24th, no need to chase us on 23rd? No parts are missing we are aware of as these are brand new sealed boxes from the maker. Buyer opened a return case then closed it within a hour, we presume parts found that they thought where missing? Mailed buyer to find out? We await reply at present. BGW
