I contacted the seller about it and noted that it may have been damaged in shipping... and he just ghosted me. No offer to work the issue out. I definitely was not trying to pull a fast one or do anything more than try to work out what was a less than ideal transaction. I will always contact a seller prior to leaving less than positive feedback in an attempt to work things out. Again, sorry for the confusion.
