She was born in about 1878. Her family home was right on the lake in what is now Downtown Chicago where the very wealthy lived. Gracie had two lamps in her entrance hallway that turned out to be made by Louis Comfort Tiffany. I used to Stand and stare at those lamps for hours, and these lamps are in the same league as those LC Tiffany lamps. Magnificent!!!
