The person never try to CONTACT me before he
left the Negative feedback
I understood about the problem after the negative feedback received
I offer full refund - and the respond was: "Please refund me the price of the item including postage" - I did it
and after that no communication
On the end i end with Negative feedback after i resolve the problem
