I purchased the Michael Kors watch on the 13th Oct, after unpacking it I realised the watch wasn’t working, I informed Yellow Present, they said to press the button, there was no button to press only the crown, they said to get the battery changed which I did at a watchmaker,they also said they would refund the £5.00 it cost me, the watch worked for just over an hour, then stopped. I returned the watch, they refunded the original price, not the £5.00, I sent the receipt for £5.00, no refund

Refund for battery offered but payment details of who to pay were not forthcoming and hence payment could not be paid. Full refund for watch made on the day of its return.
