The cable plug has a poor fit with the control box socket - it's very loose and falls out of the socket on the the control box :-(

Whilst every effort is made to ensure sure these are built correctly first time, on this occasion we let you down. The protective tubing around the connector was a touch too long so it wasn’t pushing all the way in. Upon learning this a replacement was made and sent immediately. Your first contact regarding this was via this feedback. Mistakes, whilst rare, do happen, but we always put them right at our cost and without fuss.
