The seller sent the wrong item then tried to get me to pay to send back for a refund. After I called Ebay the seller finally sent me a return label as response times from this seller is very long even if I send a message back 2 minutes after being messaged. FedEx told me to get my duty and taxes back the seller had to make a claim which this seller wouldn’t do. Finally after receiving the item back would not give my refund so again Ebay had to step in. I lost $20 in duty and tax and got nothing.
