I'm very happy with the customer service, unhappy with the product. The micro four thirds to nex / e-mount adapter is made with bad machining. there are flimsy slits in the locking ears / tqbs not pictured well that you're to expand to take up the slack. with moderately heavy lenses they fold back in seconds. the fit to the camera is great. to the lens there was .28mm play on the face and .22mm play in the bore.
the seller refunded me when I asked for one machined properly.
