Was sent the wrong item. Being I am disabled and have to order online and have no printer as I explained to the seller was unable to print return label or ship it back. Being it was not my error I got a refund of $2.90 out of my cost of $11.55 aka 20%. I think as I told them they should have done better than 20% refund. I have no use for a candy & deep fryer thermometer when I ordered one for meat temps. I have never in all of my Ebay feedback left - comment. I believe you need to own errors

Accidents happen and our customer was provided with a prepaid return label to return the item or offered a discount. They chosen the discount, however unhappy they just wanted a free thermometer.
