I requested a refund because the body wash was bad. The 2nd picture is what I am using now. What was sent is a liquid orange substance. I purchased one like this that came from a different seller. When I messaged them they immediately gave me a refund. I've been using this product for years & I know when something is bad and what it supposeto look like. The seller for this product refused to give me a refund. Bad customer service. Please demand they give me a refund including the shipping cost.

Shipped Buyer a NEW & SEALED body wash. Buyer admited that they purchased from another seller & received a bad item but never returned it. Buyer is a scammer trying to get item for FREE. Left Negative feedback BEFORE sending messages. Our Health & Beauty items are non-refundable/non-returnable once opened.
