Was not made aware that the buyer was having issues with the items sent. Buyer did not make contact with me to try and resolve the problem, so I dont even know where the problem lies as my credentials clearly shows that I offer first class products and service to all my customers. I have been trading on ebay for 15+ years, I always try & put my customers at 1st priority & feel this negative feedback is very unfair & unjustifiable.I am hoping the buyer will reach out to me to resolve this matter
