The tracking number shows that we shipped the morning after receiving the $10. payment, and that the item is in transit to the buyer. Not sure why we received this negative feedback. Through ebay messaging, buyer confirmed receiving the patch and indicated being thrilled with the patch. Buyer agreed to change the neutral feedback to a positive, waiting for that to happen.
