*AVOID* - FALSELY ADVERTISED. Not a smooth, polished & round end, but a pointed & badly shaped, rough end with a hard ridge around the top. Sent photos to a PATRONISING SELLER who said ‘that was how the crystal is formed’. Having worked with crystals for over 2 decades now, I know very well how gypsum is formed naturally. HOWEVER, this was NOT a natural one I purchased on this occasion, but a polished, smooth, rounded edge AS ADVERTISED….. No resolution offered by RUDE seller! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Completely confused by this interaction. The buyer messaged to say they love the crystal and received so fast but then described an visual which was similar to image shown, part of hand carving process. Really confusing and I was not patronising, tried to help, even offered a return but they loved the item and wanted to keep so confusing. They didn't actually say what they wanted which is where the confusion is, so was surprised to see 'no resolution offered' as I even offered a return. Shame.
