They returned part of the amount, but I never understood why they explained to me that there was an unpaid amount, even though the operator said that the item was clean.

PLEASE READ THE LISTING. It clearly says CLEAN & OUT OF CONTRACT devices ONLY. His IMEI was clean but was not paid off. Therefore IMEI was denied by the official unlock server as it's an UNPAID DEVICE. (Verified by carrier as well). We explained it to the buyer in messages multiple times as well and yet he does not admit that Clean IMEI and Out of Contract are two different things. PLEASE READ THE LISTING and make sure your device meets the unlocking requirements before order.

Although sadly we decided the code for my device would not work this seller was excellent on communications and helped with the decision rather than just take money and maybe not fix it. So asked for refund and cancel order which am sure they will do based on this! Feedback is obviously 5 star even though I opted to cancel.
