Hi Salvatore, I'm sorry you're so unhappy. As the portafilter you purchased didn’t have a physical defect the extraction problems you experienced were likely caused by an outside issue. We're in the UK, you're in Australia, diagnosing the cause via email is difficult. You opened a return request, when we came to refund your money we couldn't. No matter how many times we try eBay comes up with an error message, happy to send you screen shots. We have reported this issue to eBay themselves.
