No good deed goes unpunished! Back in April they ordered TWO samples, so instead of just sending out that order, I sent them a message to check they hadn't ordered in error. As they didn't reply, I cancelled the order and refunded their money, with the invitation to just order again if they really wanted two samples and I'd send them out. They didn't, and now in June I get this feedback. It seems someone's ego doesn't allow them to acknowledge they've made a mistake and that's somehow my fault!
