Order was a little delayed due to the factory being unable to source parts. This is the way of the world at the moment I'm afraid. They're certainly not alone. Lisa kept me informed of progress every step of the way and I never mind waiting for stuff as long as I'm made aware. Once despatched the amplifier arrived very quickly indeed, like 4 days from China! In summary; great item, well packed, fast delivery once despatched, great communication. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
