You receive the complete APC Smart-UPS 1000VA 2U Rackmount with 120V LCD interface, the installation CD with software and drivers, installation guide, documentation CD, rack mounting support rails, Smart-UPS signaling RS-232 cable, and USB cable. The APC 1000VA Smart-UPS devices are built around the Green Mode technology. This is a patent-pending technology created by the American Power Conversion company. You have the ability to save considerable amounts of money on the efficient operation that the Green Mode technology has to offer. This works by bypassing any unused electrical components that are considered to be in good power condition and recycle the power to other electronics equipment within the power group. There is a built-in energy meter found within the APC 1000VA Smart-UPS. This meter provides an actual account of kilowatt hours of usage for powering up your electronics devices. The Pure Sine Wave Output technology simulates actual utility power. This arrived extremely well packed and in original styrofoam, and had IOM modules and PSUs, along with SAS and power cables. The ear covers shipped were for a DS224x and did not fit, and no disk trays were included, despite them being pictured. After more than two weeks, I’ve not received a response to my message to the seller, can’t find the right ears, and had to buy the trays elsewhere.
