Did send the item even though it said it was dispatched. Tried to contact them not interested on responding

Contacted seller and they never responded until I gave them a deadline and still didn't say nothing but I did manage to get a refund from them for the items that were never dispatched even though they published that they sent them straight away the day they received the order. Wouldn't waste my time with SDA Care. CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS EXTREMELY POOR
