Responsive seller but terrible miscommunications with regards to shipping time and address. When eBay defaults to an address, and you let the seller know, their factory only sees the address on file despite all of the notes asking that it be shipped elsewhere. Although the seller was kind and responsive, this is a problem because money was wasted on an item I will not receive in time. Additionally they added an expedited $25 shipping charge which I did not approve :(I have requested a refund
