Purchased a lens, received and on the first time of trying the lens I noticed it wasnt focusing properly. Contacted the seller who said I could send it back or get it looked at and fixed. I decided I'd open a case to return immediately, I contacted my local camera shop that quoted £45+vat. He told me to go ahead this with and he'll refund the amount to repair. Then he's asking for the reference number if the repair which has my personal details on, he then went back on his word. Be aware

I was happy with the speed of delivery and the quality of the box it was sent in (it had plenty of bubble wrap). The description was accurate, the flash sent doesn’t work due to issues with the battery compartment but that was stated in the item description so I take no issue with this, if anything it’s a positive marker on this seller because they provided extremely accurate description of what I would receive. I would use this seller again and will be recommending to friends in the future
