This seller had let me down badly. The item did not arrive. They procrastinated badly meaning I didn’t have the present for the birthday (12 days later). They eventually sent a replacement which I asked to be sent by urgent delivery so I could take it with me when visiting the relative (four days later) for whom it was bought. They refused and, surprise surprise, it still hasn’t arrived… 20 days from placing the order! They respond promptly but I still don’t have the item.
