Alternatively you could have contacted us, explained that you were missing some of the bolts and we could have sent them to you free of charge. We cannot help if not given the chance.

Item was a little late but, the wrong one was ordered, now have to return it at buyers cost.
I have asked seller if when the delivery of another one comes if the driver would take this one back with him.
Waiting for answer.
I ordered this for someone who doesn't use computers, phones etc., I do not mind doing this for anyone but
I don't think they will want to pay return fees, but it was thier mistake. All in all the seller is good and I hope he can fix us up with the correct one.

One of the clamps is faulty and works loose after driving a couple of miles, I contacted P F Jones who were unhelpful and refused to consider a replacement, instead they wanted to see a video of the clamp working loose??? I don't recommend using this company.
