The original item was mailed promptly, but was lost during shipment. When the seller was contacted when the item did not arrive, the seller quickly checked the status and determined that a replacement was needed. The seller offered to send a similar, but superior, item. The eventually-received item was securely packaged and, as a result, was undamaged during shipment.
