I contacted the seller MULTIPLE times and they would not get back to me.
I have many problems with this item.
-drill bits box had bad crack on it.
-it doesn't fit U.S. plug ins
-no USB port plug in
-instructions were totally useless
I wanted to return it and get my refund, but they would not send me return label to know where to send it.
Very unhappy with this transaction.
