Item was described as new. Clearly not the case as part missing and other items which should be bagged were loose. The box was completely crushed on receipt due to inadequate packaging. The decals have been creased because of the parts being crushed against them. The model had been sent in a thin padded bag. The courier can not be blamed for this. Item was intended as a present. Unacceptable!

apologies for missing parts, I have over 2000 items and it looked complete on a quick check. What I'm not apologising for is the post office crushing the box. I have sold over 1000 items and always posted like this and never had an issue. and i disagree but if the postman wants to sit on it then i cant help itImportantly here is no comms from the buyer as I would have refunded immediately and tried to sort issue. Just a quick fire negative for a £20 model which could have easily been refunded.
