After I bought the item in mid August, the seller marked is as dispatched. They then followed up to say it was not in stock and would dispatch in September. I sent a message on 22 September asking for an update. After a week they did not reply so I asked for a refund. After another week eBay was due to step in but apparently the item is not covered by the eBay money back guarantee.

Hi Jessica, sorry i did not see your message and feedback at all as I could not log in into my account since I was abroad. I literally just seen it now. I believe my assistant has sent 2 last bottles in our stock to you. I told you have received it. Please let me know if we can resolve this. I do not want to upset my customer.
