The cassette tape came with some cracks in the casing and a small wear in the paper due to improper packaging. Usually, when I buy a cassette it comes wrapped in bubble wrap to keep this from happening but that was not the case with this one. The cassette tape plays well but for the price I paid, I am disappointed in the damage but I can always replace the case. Either way, all I'm trying to say is using bubble wrap should be a requirement.
