Item was fine, HOWEVER seller chose to wrap delicate tips of battery with sticky tape. VERY poor decision. Took 2 people 30 minutes to get tape off. One wire broke clean off during installation; had to strip tiny wire to get at more exposed wire for soldering.

Sorry to hear about that. There was a small bit of masking tape over the metal exposed tips of the battery cables that was placed there by the manufacturer to protect against corrosion etc.It’s typically very easy to pull that tape off the cables. We’ve sold over 500 of these, there's never been an issue with removing "tape" before. We’ll have to make sure that the tape is removed in the future prior to shipment. *Also, all of our items come with an EASY return policy, if any issues contact us*
