A purchaser would be hard pressed to find a 100% goose down pillow this dense for the price paid. Less dense pillows break down after about 3 years. Bought new pillow protectors and cases. Frequent laundering of the protector and case will allow the pillow itself to last significantly longer than the 3 years. The extended life to this pillow adds greater value to the purchase by reducing the year over year cost. Pillow gets my highest recommendation.
