I would have appreciated a contact before doing this to see if we can resolve the problem.Can you please advise what happened ie did the shaft break, did the umbrella turn inside out, the canopy rip or was it something else. Not bought the thicker sole version until now and I’ve possibly missed a trick in doing so since they’ve arrived the flops and the feet have been constant companions and the thicker sole is a must have option from now on
