I ordered these boots on a thursday and saw them cheaper from the same seller 5 minutes later. I cancelled the order but there was no respond until the following monday, saying that it was not possible even though it was shipped monday!!? When the boots arrived there was a speck of glue? on the front of one boot that had caused the wrapping paper to attach itself to it. I was not able to remove it without leaving a mark. Poor product, worse service but too much bother to return it from Denmark.

Did you open a request to return it? Did you contact me? Any prove that you found same shoe cheaper on my account? I outsource shipping and warehousing was on holiday so cancelling was not the option. Crepe sole can be initially sticky thats why packaging paper was stuck. Was item late for delivery? Why worse service? Because it wasnt cancelled? You was free to open request and get free return if your claims are right….

The shoes arrived as per the product description.
As for the flaw, it's probably because the sole pattern is a little off-center. I tried it right away, and it doesn't bother me at all and there are no problems when using it. I like it because it goes well with various outfits. I want to cherish it. thank you very much!
