Upon contacting the buyer it was brought to my attention that the buyer was using the magnets on motorways when they were advised against this action. We have listed the aftercare instructions within our item description carefully and they must be followed to ensure the item lasts a long time and works perfectly. Unfortunately the buyer did not follow the instructions and therefore the item fell off on the motorway.
