utterly awful people, failed to deliver, then falsely accused me that I did receive item, no proof of signature or photo of delivered item then im scammed out of a refund because tracking says it was delivered, to where, seller gets dpd refund and im left with no suit for my sons Christmas and no refund, utterly unbelievable.

Consequently, eBay has closed the case in our favor. Can a customer be scammed on eBay?! The evidence provided leaves no grounds for a DPD refund to the seller.
