Sellers communications did not help and their description was off. They say my item will arrive in about 2 weeks or soon but until now it’s still not here. I ordered over a month ago btw. I don’t want to waste no more time so I had to ask eBay for help and get my money back.

The customer received a refund and the customer received the product. I shipped the package on time but the package was delayed due to usps. It was said that it was due to bad weather conditions. This is beyond my control.
And I am trying to track the item from usps so that the customer can receive the item even though there is a refund. We so sorry that the customer received the product late.
