I received the item they advertised as being compatible with the bands supported by T-Mobile in the US, but it will not connect at all with the chip directly in the router and continuously connects and disconnects when connected using ethernet. So I contact the payer hoping for an update or troubleshooting to get the device to work as advertised. Nothing was provided and we agreed on a return of the defective device. I paid for return shipping which they said that would refund but have not.

Excelent!!, we bought afew units for testing, and there was a mistake about the tracking info, and allwais they were focus on solve the situation. many thanks i will buy again.. again and again, now we are testing the units to verifiy that they covers all our needs about the service that we offer ( VPN+ Servers) , at this moment all seems ok, i suppose that will our choice.
